Where are you from? UK

How long have you been tattooing? I’ve been tattooing for 9 years.

What inspired you to become a tattoo artist? I got my first tattoo and the whole experience inspired me to start drawing and painting again. I then went and completed an Honours degree in fine art. At the same time i was slowly learning tattooing as much as possible. I then landed an apprenticeship at No Regrets Cheltenham where I started tattooing professionally.

What is your background? I started tattooing in my 30s. Before this, I was a chef working around the country in fine-dining restaurants. I felt that cooking wasn’t a lifelong career for me, so I feel fortunate to have found tattooing for the craft and as a creative outlet.

What style do you specialise in? Abstract geometric/ blackwork.

What do you like to do in your spare time? I like to spend time with my family and pursue my other passions of music and cycling.

What’s your favourite kind of tattoo to do? In general, it’s when a tattoo gets done in a way that seems effortless and encompasses not just the person's ideas but also their personality.

What’s the coolest tattoo you’ve done? There's not one project that I could single out.
