Submission Instructions: On a blank sheet of paper or postcard, legibly write or type the following information:

• Your address (no PO box addresses)
• City
• Postcode
• Telephone number (optional)
• Email address
• The specific live Prize Draw you wish to enter (as specified in the Experience Rules)
• The entry question from the website and your answer

Ensure the information is clear to avoid invalidation of your entry.
