The tattooing of Minors Act 1969 means It is illegal to tattoo anyone under the age of 18 therefore parental is not an accepted form of authorisation, ID may be required before your tattoo starts so it is always best to bring one on the day to avoid disappointment.

We do not have the facilities to cater for under 18’s so unfortunately they will not be able to come to the studio with you.

Avoid drinking alcohol 24 hours before getting tattooed as it thins the blood. If you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs for your appointment you will be asked to leave and no monies will be returned to yourself.

A consent form will be required before your appointment this document is a legal document and must be answered honestly.

Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas outside of the building.

It is your responsibility to care for your new tattoo and follow the artist’s aftercare advice.

Chair rental fees are non-refundable.

If you need to move your appointment, please give us 14 days’ notice and no money will be lost. On the second occasion of moving your appointment with 14 days’ notice your chair rental fee will be lost.

In the event of artist illness, your fee will be applied to the earliest available and mutually convenient date.

In the event of an artist leaving, your chair rental fee will be valid at No Regrets Studios only, and a tattoo consultant will be happy to match you with a new artist.

Tattooing is an irreversible procedure so it is your responsibility to let your artist know if you are not 100% happy with your design before the tattooing starts. If you are not happy with the design you can work together to ensure you are prior to tattooing. Adverse reactions can but do not often occur that are not the fault of the artist, this can include Infections, ink loss, ink fading, allergic reactions to ink, dryness of the tattoo. We are more than happy to advise on any problems you have and are happy to invite you back to the studio for a free touch up if necessary, please do so within 4 weeks of having the tattoo or it may be chargeable.
